Injection molding band heater is an efficient and economical solution to the heating requirements of many applications. These heaters can attain a maximum sheath temperature of 900°F, but with different electrical termination styles, clamping mechanisms, and ability to accommodate holes and cutouts. The heater is equipped with clamping device and cover screw, so that the heater can be easily and evenly tightened on the furnace barrel. Injection molding band heater transmits heat both through conduction and radiation.
