ERW114 Steel Pipe Mill description:

ERW114 tube mill/pipe mill/welded pipe production/pipe making machine is used to produce steel pipes of 50mm-114mm in OD and 2.0mm-5.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.

Application: GI, construction, automobile, general mechanical tubing, furniture, agriculture, chemistry, conduit.

Φ114 Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipe is manufactured by cold forming a flat steel strip into a rounded tube and passing it through a series of forming rollers to obtain a longitudinal seam. The two edges are then simultaneously heated with a high frequency current and squeezed together to form a bond. The longitudinal ERW seam does not require filler metal.
